Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to find work with the EST Group, whatever their access needs.
What we do
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA. That means clear text and colour contrast, labelled form fields, keyboard navigation, and content that works with screen readers.
The online interview
The interview can be completed by speaking or by typing your answers, and the questions can be read aloud. If voice input does not work for you, you can type every answer instead.
