Control Room Operator

About the role

Control Room Operators are the calm centre of every event. You will monitor CCTV, manage radio traffic, log incidents and coordinate the response across stewarding, medical and security teams.

What you will be doing

• Monitor CCTV and event radio channels
• Log incidents accurately and in real time
• Coordinate teams and dispatch responses
• Support the event safety officer

• Calm under pressure with sharp attention to detail
• Confident on radio and with computer systems
• Available evenings and weekends
• Right to work in the UK
