About the role

Our Customer Support Agents help supporters book coach travel, answer questions and sort out any issues quickly and kindly. A remote, part-time role ideal for someone organised and great with people.

What you will be doing

• Answer customer queries by email, chat and phone
• Help customers book and manage travel
• Resolve issues and process refunds where needed
• Keep records tidy and accurate

What we are looking for

• Great written and spoken communication
• Calm, helpful and organised
• Comfortable with online booking systems
• Right to work in the UK
