Event Steward

About the role

As an Event Steward you are the friendly face of the venue and the first line of crowd safety. You will work matchdays, concerts and public events, helping spectators, checking tickets, managing entry and exit, and responding calmly when things get busy. No experience needed, full training and your SIA pathway provided.

What you will be doing

• Welcome and direct spectators around the venue
• Check tickets and manage entry and exit points
• Monitor crowds and report any safety concerns
• Assist with emergencies and evacuations following procedure

What we are looking for

• Aged 18 or over with the right to work in the UK
• Reliable, punctual and happy working weekends
• Good communication and a calm, friendly manner
• Able to stand for long periods, often outdoors
