Event Supervisor

About the role

Event Supervisors lead teams of stewards and marshals, briefing them, managing positions and being the point of contact for venue control. You will need event experience and the confidence to lead, support and motivate a team under pressure.

What you will be doing

• Brief and deploy stewarding teams
• Be the link between your team and event control
• Manage incidents and escalate appropriately
• Complete reports and headcounts

What we are looking for

• Previous event stewarding experience
• SIA licence or willingness to obtain one
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
