Parking Enforcement Officer

About the role

Parking Enforcement Officers patrol car parks and sites, observe and record contraventions, issue notices and help motorists. You will be fair, professional and confident dealing with the public, supported by Parktec's technology and back office.

What you will be doing

• Patrol assigned sites and observe parking compliance
• Issue parking charge notices accurately and fairly
• Use handheld and ANPR technology to record evidence
• Provide clear, polite information to motorists

What we are looking for

• Full UK driving licence
• Confident dealing with members of the public
• Honest, fair and detail-focused
• Right to work in the UK
