About the role
Software Support Analysts are the bridge between users and engineering. You will handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues with the enforcement platform, document fixes and escalate bugs to the development team.
What you will be doing
- Handle first and second-line support tickets
- Troubleshoot and reproduce reported issues
- Document fixes and write knowledge-base articles
- Work with engineers to resolve bugs
What we are looking for
- Some experience in software or technical support
- Logical problem-solver with great communication
- Comfortable with web apps and basic SQL a plus
- Right to work in the UK
